How do preorders work?
Customers can have early access to the new collection. Once pre-orders close we will then know how many items are to be manufactured and sent out!
Can I return an item if it doesn't fit right?
Yes! You can return and swap it for a better size. Returns are possible within 2 weeks of you receiving your items if all tags and labels are still be attached to the garments.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we can ship internationally. Check the country selector menu at the top of the page to see if we ship to you!
I need to change my shipping address - what can I do?
No problem! If you accidentally checked out with the wrong address, the best thing to do is contact us as soon as you can using our website's contact form.
If the order hasn't been shipped yet we will be able to update the order information for you.
When will my parcel arrive?
For pre-orders, the wait time is usually longer (about 6 weeks after pre-order window closes). You can follow your order's tracking with your account.
